as what comes before it.
01 / 0401 / SURFACE PREPARATION
A better finish starts beneath it.
Suitable metal surfaces are cleaned and existing coatings or corrosion removed. Preparation and masking are tailored to the part and its condition.
02 / POWDER APPLICATION
Precision, in every layer.
Electrostatically charged dry powder is applied to a grounded metal surface. The coating builds evenly across the prepared part.
03 / OVEN CURING
Where durability takes shape.
Heat allows the powder to melt, flow and cure into a bonded finish. Temperature and time follow the coating manufacturer’s specification.
04 / FINISH & INSPECTION
The details make the difference.
After cooling, the finish is checked for coverage and consistency. Part suitability and the right finish are discussed for each project.
